Work Underway at Seventh Brigade Park: Enhancing Facilities for Toombul District Cricket Club
Toombul District Cricket Club has commenced renovations at Seventh Brigade Park as part of our strategic plan to provide top-tier facilities for lower-grade cricketers. Renovation efforts are focused on Oval 1, where 2 tonnes of wicket soil will be levelled on the wicket block to improve grass coverage and consistency, ensuring better quality playing conditions.
Oval 2 has undergone light renovation, and the wickets are being prepared for the upcoming weekend’s play.
Mr. Andrew Cranstoun TDCC President, highlighted the importance of the newly signed Letter of Memorandum with Warehouse Cricket, which presents an opportunity for growth and continued improvement of our facilities. This project reflects Toombul District Cricket Club’s commitment to the future of cricket in Brisbane, providing an environment where cricketers at all levels can thrive.
