JUNIOR BLASTERS (Ages 5-7 yrs)
Junior Blasters is for boys and girls new to cricket with participants building their skills through fun, game based activities. The games are designed for small groups to ensure every child gets a go, allowing them to test and learn new skills.
Toombul DCC provide the coaching and run the session.
When participants have mastered the basics they are ready to graduate to the Master Blasters.
Friday Session Time: 5.30-6.30pm
MASTER BLASTERS (Ages 7-9 years)
Master Blasters is super fun, social, safe cricket for boys and girls. The program is much shorter than traditional cricket – 12 over innings using a junior 100gram foam centre plastic moulded ball, 6 a side teams play over 75 minutes.
Everyone gets a chance to bat, bowl and field and its played on a smaller field – heaps of fun!
Register to play with a friend, organise a full team (6-8 players) or just join yourself and be placed in a team. Email requests to toombuldccjuniors@gmail.com.
Teams follow a Draw and games are always played at Oxenham Park Nundah. Players must provide their own bat, protective gear is not compulsory.

Note: Children wishing to participate in the Junior Blaster Program (previously Milo Cricket) MUST be at least 5 years of age prior to 1 October 2021.
